Meet Coach Sofie

I’m a lifelong athlete and certified coach who knows what it means to Embrace The Grind. Living with Type 1 diabetes has taught me that limits are just starting lines. I combine hard-earned experience with science-backed training to help athletes push past barriers and find their edge.

I grew up in an active Albuquerque family where movement was everything — skiing, swimming, basketball, soccer, and track built the foundation for who I am. When my sister, a collegiate runner at Texas Tech, introduced me to competitive running, everything clicked. Endurance became my language, and proving what’s possible became my purpose.
